Terms of sale between Weird Frog and any non-commercial natural person, who wishes to purchase from the website.

Products: The products offered for sale by Weird Frog are those that appear on the site on the day of your consultation. Each product is the subject of a description that contains: photograph, price, sizes, colors available, and specific characteristics. There may be minimal differences between a product and its photograph, depending in particular on the resolution and color definition of the screen.

Price: The price of the items is expressed in euros and includes VAT. The price of the items displayed on the site does not include delivery costs, calculated at checkout and before validation. The products remain the property of Weird Frog until full payment of the price.

Order: You can order from www.weirdfrog.store.com 7/7, 24/24. The validation of your order therefore applies to the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. Payments: use the method you prefer: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Gpay, Applepay

Order confirmation: Upon acceptance of payment, we will send you an order confirmation email to the address indicated by you. There you will find the details of your order. A second email containing the tracking number will be sent to you when the order leaves our warehouse. We recommend that you verify your email address to receive all this information.

Order refused: we will refuse your order in the event of your non-compliance with these General Conditions of Sale, conditions that suggest that the order was placed for professional and non-personal needs. Abnormal or abusive complaints. Use of fraudulent payments. Orders will be sent only upon receipt of payment.

Product not available: Weird Frog undertakes to inform you via e-mail as soon as possible. You can request a refund, credit note or replacement of the items ordered (within the limits of available stock).

Payment methods

1- Credit Card: Paying by credit card is a quick, easy and safe way to shop online. We accept all major cards. An order paid by credit card will be charged immediately by our bank. 

2- Bank transfer: the order will be shipped upon confirmation of payment by our bank. We will reserve your order for 15 days if you have selected this payment method, after which if we have not received the payment it will be automatically canceled. 

3- PayPal: it’s a simple, fast and safe way to buy online whether you have an account or not.

Security: All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. At no time does your financial data go through Weird Frog’s computer system. In the event of a suspected fraudulent order, an e-mail will be sent to you where we will request proof of your identity.

Delivery methods and times: Once your order has been received, Weird Frog will process and ship within 5 working days.

Delivery times: we undertake to ship your order on time, obviously depending on the period (Christmas, Black Friday, sales ..) the times indicated may vary. Normal average times correspond to processing and delivery times.

Delivery in Italy: 3 to 5 days. In case of prolonged delay in delivery, report it to customer service as soon as possible (info@weirdfrog.it). The items are delivered to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.

Receiving your package: it is necessary that you check the conditions of the products. You have 30 working days from delivery to notify customer service of any problems. If you think you will be absent on the day of delivery, take all precautions to ensure that you can collect your package safely, for example by favoring delivery to a relay point.

Return of the package to our office: we will inform you by e-mail upon receipt. This email will indicate the procedure to be followed and, if applicable, the return costs at your expense.

Important: make sure your address is correct and complete during the final validation of your order (ex: building number, staircase, digital code, floor, city, postcode, presence of your name and surname on your mailbox …) . In the event of an error in your address or if you did not collect the package on time at the collection point, the return costs will be at your expense.

Right of withdrawal: In accordance with the provision of Article 121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have the right of withdrawal on your order. You have 30 days from receipt of the package to return one or more items without having to justify a reason or pay a penalty.

Return conditions: You have 30 days from receipt of the package. Returned items must be new, unwashed, unworn and clean (for reasons of hygiene and health protection, we do not collect ear jewelry whose packaging has been opened, as well as toothbrushes, cutlery and creams whose packaging has been opened ). If these conditions are not respected, Weird Frog reserves the right not to accept your return. To make a return and get a credit or a refund, you can choose Poste Italiane. To order another size or color, we will credit a credit note upon receipt of the product. You can then order the item of your choice using this credit note. A refund is also possible, for this it is necessary to specify it in the paper form to be attached to your return.

Return procedures: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product (s) concerned, accompanied by the duly completed withdrawal form, provided in the package (or which appears on the site via this link), before the expiry of the period. of withdrawal, under the conditions indicated above. Create your return request from your customer area, from the “Return items” section, indicating the reason for the return, the items concerned, as well as the quantity. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay for your order. We reserve the right to refuse any returned product if it is damaged, dirty, incomplete. Processing time: 10 to 30 days. You will be notified by email.

Special case of a non-compliant product: we advise you to check the product upon receipt and in case the delivered product is non-compliant (product error, defective or damaged product). Contact our customer service, which will give you the procedure to follow to refund you, change the product that is altered, missing or does not correspond to the order, within the limit of available stocks.

Refund: We remind you that the shipping costs incurred in sending your return will not be refunded. The refund will be made at the latest within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned product (s). The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to pay for your order.
