For shipping to EU we use SDA trackable, free shipping for orders over 50 euro. Cost: 15 euro delivery time: 5 days

For shipping to Rest of the World we use SDA trackable, free shipping for orders over 50 euro. Cost: 15 euro delivery time: 5 days

Returning the package to us: If the package returns to us for any reason, we will notify you by email upon receipt. This email will indicate the procedure to follow and, if applicable, the return costs at your expense.

Important: you must make sure that your address is correct and complete during the final validation of your order (ex: building number, staircase, digital code, floor, city, postcode, presence of your name and surname on your mailbox … ). In case you give a wrong address or, if you do not collect the package on time at the collection point, the return costs will be at your expense.

Tracking: you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of your order and the tracking number. 

Returns: Under the provision of Article 121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdrawal on your order. You have 30 days to return one or more items without having to justify a reason or pay the penalty. This period starts from the date of receipt of your order.

Return procedures: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product (s) concerned, accompanied by the duly completed withdrawal form, which we will provide you by email before the withdrawal period expires. It is also necessary to create your return request from your customer area, from the “Return items” section, indicating the reason for the return, the items concerned, and the quantity. You must return the product (s) by post to the following address – (specifying that the return costs are at your expense)

We will refund you through the same payment method you used to pay for your order. We reserve the right to refuse any returned product if it is damaged, dirty, incomplete or worn, except proof.

Processing times from 10 to 30 days depending on periods of heavy traffic. We will notify you by email.

Non-compliant product: We recommend that you check the product upon receipt. If the product delivered is non-compliant (product error, defective or damaged product) contact our customer service as soon as possible, who will give you the procedure to follow ( We undertake to reimburse you, or change the altered, missing product or does not correspond to the order within the limit of available stocks.
